*Use heaviest weight across all 10 sets.

-5 Hang Power Cleans (185/125)
*Out of the three movements, pick something that you want to work on. It may not give you the best score overall, but lets move the needle on something today. If you suck at running, focus on going really hard there and slowing way down on the T2B/HPCL so you can continue to push the run? Maybe you want to try to keep the T2B Unbroken? Pick something and challenge yourself!
