*Set 1 – 10 reps @ 50%
*Set 2 – 9 reps @ 55%
*Set 3 – 8 reps @ 60%
*Set 4 – 7 reps @ 65%
*Set 5 – 6 reps @70%
*Sets 6-10 – 5 reps @ 75%
