For the Bodyweight WOD, change the workout track on SugarWOD to “BodyWork!”
The Workout for Tuesday is:
Every 60 seconds, for 10 minutes (10 minutes)
-Front Squat x 3 reps
*Work up or use heaviest weight across. Listen to your body.
5 Rounds for Time

EMOM x 10 Minutes
-Station 1: Wall Ball x 10 (30/20)
-Station 2: Bar Muscle-Ups x 5 (Rx+ 10 reps)
