-Burpees
-After each set of Burpees, Run 200m (Rx+ 400m)
*Remember on Tuesdays we are going long. This is a play off what we did last Tuesday, just a little more engaging. It’s our only piece for the day and the only metcon this week with burpees in it! 🙂 Prepare yourself, this is going to take a long time. Stay hydrated, but get outside and enjoy this beautiful weather.
