6.) 21 KB Goblet Squats
7.) Machine 12/9 Cals
8.) 12 Box Jumps (24/20″)(Rx+ 30/24″)
9.) Machine 12/9 Cals
10.) 21 Jumping Air Squats
11.) Machine 12/9 Cals
12.) 12 Bent Over KB Rows /side
*If you think you can hang and want to try a heavier KB for all movements, go for it.
*Some sections are purposely harder and easier than others. This one will be a fun one!
