SWEAT WORKOUT
Every 3 minutes x 18 minutes (6 sets)

Even Rounds:
AMRAP x 2 Minutes
-15/12 Cal Bike
-Max Box Jump Overs

Odd Rounds:
AMRAP x 2 Minutes
-15/12 Cal Row or Ski
-Max Russian Swings (70/55)

EXTRA CREDIT
[Recovery]
Spend 15-20 minutes on a machine of your choice.
At no point should you feel taxed. You should be able to hold a conversation the entire time. Grab some headphones and listen to some peaceful music, book, or podcast. Enjoy.
