Thursday – 8/6/2020

The Workout for Thursday is:

Get as far as possible in 35 minutes of……
14 – 13 – 12 – 11 – 10 – etc…. – 3 – 2 – 1
-DB Bench Press (or curls, or shoulder raises, or…. you get the picture. Chase the pump!)
-Row Cals
-Russian KB Swings
-Burpees or Burpee Kick Backs
-Abs of Choice

We’ve done a similar workout like this not that long ago. It’s not meant to be finished, so don’t worry 🙂 Just have fun and get as far as you can!
For the DB Bench and Russian Swings, you get to pick your weight. Maybe somewhere around 50/35 for the bench and 70/53 for the Swings. Like always, listen to your body and go with how you feel.
