We will start off by testing your front rack position.
From there we will move through mobility work on:

AMRAP x 15 Minutes
-40 Weighted Step-Ups with 1 DB
-30 DB Snatches
-20 Alternating Single Arm Overhead Reverse Lunges
-10 Single Arm DB Devils Press
*Every 3 minutes, including 0:00, perform 15/12 cals on a machine of your choice.
Spend 15-20 minutes on a machine of your choice.
At no point should you feel taxed. You should be able to hold a conversation the entire time. Grab some headphones and listen to some peaceful music, book, or podcast. Enjoy.
