For Time
50 – 40 – 30 – 20 – 10
-Machine of Choice Cals
-Sit-Ups
-10m Shuttle Sprints

*For the shuttle sprints, set to cones up 10m apart. Every 10m is 1 rep. So 50 reps or 25 trips down and back. Touch the cones with your hand every transition. Don’t get dizzy 🙂
