We will spend 15 minutes working some extra mobility in class today.

-Cals on Machine of Choice
-KB Taters (choose weight)
*Some longer ROM movements today to open up the body. Choose your KB weight based on how you feel from the workouts earlier in the week. If you’re feeling great, get after it. If you’re pretty fatigued, back off and use this workout to recover.
*We all have extra weaknesses we want a focus on. Only choose what will move the needle for you based on your goals, but will allow you to successfully recover before your next training session.
