The Workout for Thursday is:

:20 ON / :10 OFF x 40 Intervals
-Ski Erg
-Box Jump (no rebounding)
-Abmat Sit-Up
-Echo Bike
Rest 3 Minutes & Repeat for 20 more intervals.
*No score today.. Go as hard or as easy as you’d like and have some fun. Thursdays are great to come in and just move. 

Spend 20 minutes doing soft tissue work and improving your mobility.
Focus on any problem areas you have.
If you need help/advice, don’t hesitate to ask one of your coaches.
