Rest 3 minutes. Repeat Entire Cycle 1 More Time
*Have fun with the pump sections. Feel free to mix up the couplet so something more booty focused if you haven’t gotten enough this week. Regardless, “time under tension” is what we are looking for so don’t rush the movements. On the cardio, you may start on any piece you like after the plank or hollow hold. Wait till you see how hard those get 🙂
