ODD OBJECT STRENGTH
AMRAP x 10 Minutes
100′ Bear Hug Carries*
*After each 100′ Carry, complete a 30 second Ab Hold (Plank, L-Sit, Hollow, Arch, Etc…)
ODD OBJECT METCON
4 Rounds for Quality
-20 H2H KB Swings (choose weight)
-200m Single Arm Farmer Carry (switch as needed)
-2 to 3 Rope Climbs (Legless if you can)
-200m Single Arm Overhead Carry (switch as needed)
Spend 15-20 minutes on a machine of your choice.
At no point should you feel taxed. You should be able to hold a conversation the entire time. Grab some headphones and listen to some peaceful music, book, or podcast. Enjoy.
