BARBELL TECHNIQUE DAY (building confidence going under the bar today)
EMOM x 5 Minutes
-2 Snatch Balances + 2 Overhead Squats
*Build confidence creating speed under the bar. Only add weight if you are feeling good.

EMOM x 5 Minutes
3 Tall Squat Snatch
*Build as you see fit.

3 Hang Squat Snatch

1 Squat snatch
*Build to today’s heavy!

EXTRA CREDIT

Spend 15-20 minutes on a machine of your choice.
