WARM-UP

MOBILITY DAY
Upper Body Focus
Spend 2 minutes at each Station
-Barbell Assisted Pec Stretch
-T-Spine Foam Roll (reach arms overhead and grab rig)
-Banded Handcuff Stretch (1:00/1:00)
-Supinated Grip Hang from Rig (2x :30 on / :30 off)

Lower Body Focus
Spend 2 minutes at each Station
-Couch Stretch (1:00/1:00)
-Single Leg Forward Fold (1:00/1:00)
-Frog Stretch

SWEAT
For Time
150/120 Cal Machine*
*At 0:00 and every 60 seconds after, perform the following DB Complex
-2 DB Deadlifts
-2 DB Hang Power Cleans
-2 DB Front Squats
-2 DB Shoulder-to-Overhead

EXTRA CREDIT
[Recovery]
Spend 15-20 minutes on a machine of your choice.
At no point should you feel taxed. You should be able to hold a conversation the entire time. Grab some headphones and listen to some peaceful music, book, or podcast. Enjoy.
