The Workout for Thursday is:

Coach’s Choice

Every 60 seconds for 40 minutes (cycle through)
Station 1 – Max D-Ball Cleans x 40 seconds
Station 2 – Row or Bike x 50 seconds
Station 3 – Max Farmer Carry/Hold x 40 seconds
Station 4 – Row or Bike x 50 seconds
Station 5 – Max FLR on Ring or L-Sit Hold x 40 seconds
*Going long today.. Try to switch between rowing and biking if you can and build in some recovery if needed. Station 5 will get tough, especially for 40 seconds. If you stop and take a break during the 40 sec window, that’s ok just get back to work as soon as you can. This will be a pretty fun day.

Spend 15-20 minutes on a machine of your choice.
At no point should you feel taxed. You should be able to hold a conversation the entire time. Grab some headphones and listen to some peaceful music, book, or podcast. Enjoy.
