-30 Wall Balls (20/14)(Rx+ 30/20)
-15 Handstand Push-Ups (Rx+ Strict)

-Tempo Bench Press x 8-10 reps @ 21×1
-Rest 90 sec
-Double KB Front Squats x 10-12 @ 31×1
-Rest 90 sec
*Try adding a little weight from last week.

-Max Set Bench Press (use weight from tempo bench press)
-Rest 90 sec
-20 Unbroken Double KB Front Squats (use a weight a little lighter than above)

-100 Double-Unders OR 50 Heavy Rope Double-Unders
-Freestanding HS Hold x 3 attempts for Max Time
-30 sec L-Sit Hold
-25′ HS Walk
