Remember, the gym will open up at 8:30am where you can begin signing up for your Heat Time.
The Workout briefing will begin at 9:00 SHARP! Do not be late… we do not want any butt hurt attitudes from people who do not understand the movement standards.

-200-ft. dumbbell overhead lunge
-50 dumbbell box step-ups
-50 strict handstand push-ups
-200-ft. handstand walk
50-lb/35-lb. dumbbell, 24-in/20-in. box
