Saturday – 2/23/2019

~Remember~
The gym will Open at 8:30 but we will not start the workout briefing until 9:00. If you’d like to sign up for an early heat, you may want to show up early. We will be running heats of 13-15 people (depending on the rowers I can scrounge up).

*The Open is here!!! 19.1 is a pure engine test. Embrace the suck and trust that all the work we have been putting in will pay off. The long metcons we’ve been doing will show their benefit. There’s not much to this one… don’t come out hot, stay consistent, and do the work. #ConquerTheOpen
