Establish a 3RM Overhead Squat

5 Rounds
-100m Odd Object Carry
-60′ HS Walk
-15 Ring Dips
Time Cap = 20 minutes.
*If you have a 150/100 Sandbag, use that for the carry. Otherwise, you can get creative and carry a bumper plate, KB, or DB.

Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets)
-10 Alternating Reverse Lunges (5/side)
*Increase weight each set.
