We are continuing to program Bodyweight workouts.
For the Bodyweight WOD, change the workout track to “BodyWork!”

The Workout for Monday is:

Back Squat
Every 3 minutes, for 21 minutes
Complete 1 set of:
*Check SugarWOD for rep scheme.

AMRAP x 15 Minutes
Climb the Ladder
-1 Burpee Muscle-Up
-1 Power Snatch (135/95)
-2/2, 3/3, 4/4, etc…..

Romanian Deadlift
4 sets of 12 reps
*Increase weight each set.
