Workout of the day
Monday – 3/25/2019
Hey Team! I hope you had a wonderful Open season. Although it’s a super fun time of year, I’m certain you are all pretty excited for it to be done as well. This week is officially a de-load week. If your body feels totally fine, then the workouts can be done at a pretty high intensity. Those who feel fatigued form the open should be taking this entire week as a recovery week. Once this week is over, we’ll begin to build up again to our normal training schedule. Basically, we will get back to strength building and our workouts will have a bit more volume and lower intensity.
The Workout for Monday is:
Part A
2 Rounds for Time: (From 0 – 10 min.)
-500/400m Row (1.2k/1k Bike)
-50 Single Arm DB Push Press (50/35)
*25 reps per side
Part B
For Time: (From 12 – 22 min.)
-100 DB Deadlifts (50/35)
*Starting at 12 and every minute after, perform 7 V-Ups
Part C
Abs on Blast Circuit 🙂
Tabata: 20 sec ON / 10 sec OFF
-Russian Twists: 8 Intervals Straight
Immediately into;
-Flutter Kicks: 4 Intervals Straight
Immediately into;
-Sit-Ups: 4 Intervals Straight
Immediately into;
-50 Reverse Sit-Ups
