The Workout for Monday is:

EMOM x 10 Minutes
-1 Push Jerk
In a 5 minute window….
Establish 1RM Push Jerk for the day

3 Rounds for Time
-100 Air Squats
-25 Pull-Ups (Rx+ C2B)
*Time Cap = 14 Minutes

*We all have extra weaknesses we want a focus on. Only choose what will move the needle for you based on your goals, but will allow you to successfully recover before your next training session.

For Time
-100 GHDSU
*Be smart and break this up accordingly if you are not used to the volume.

Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets)
-Thrusters x 7 reps
*Work up to a 7Rm for the day

10 Minutes of HS Walk Practice
Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes
-15/10 Cal Ski + 44′ HS Walk
