*Over the course of 15 reps, build in height. Take your time, the goal is to feel explosive.

STRENGTH
Every 2 minutes x 10 minutes
Back Squat
Set 1 – 5 reps @ 55%
Set 2 – 5 reps @ 65%
Set 3 – 3 reps @ 75%
Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85%
Set 5 – 2 reps @ 90%
*Just like last week… use the percentages as a recommendation. The goal is to build confidence with the heavy weight today. Use your performance last week as a gauge.
