We are continuing to program Bodyweight workouts.
For the Bodyweight WOD, change the workout track on SugarWOD to “BodyWork!”

The Workout for Friday is:

STRENGTH
Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets)
-Back Squat x 3 reps
*Work up to a heavy set of 3 for the day.

METCON
AMRAP x 12
