Partner T-Spine Opener

(Specific)
Power Clean and Jerk Technique

STRENGTH
4 Rounds
Power Clean + Push Jerk
2 reps @ 75-80%
Immediately into;
15 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20″)
Rest 2 minutes between rounds

*20 minutes to complete. Try to keep the weight the same for all sets. Maybe like a 10# difference at most.

-10 Wall Balls (20/14)
-10 American KB Swings (55/35)
*Add 2 reps after every round.
