Jerk (any style)
-Take 10:00 to establish your *Check SugarWOD.
-Take 5:00 to establish your *Check SugarWOD.
AMRAP x 20 Minutes
-8 Shoulder-to-Overhead (135/95)(Rx+185/125)
Every 2:00, for 10 minutes (5 sets)
-Deadlift x 10 reps
*Work up to a heavy set of 10 for the day.
