Snatch
Every  60 seconds, for 15 minutes (15 sets)
Complete 1 rep
*Start light and work up to a 1RM for the day.
**During your rest, complete 1 seated Box Jump

15/12 Cal Machine of Choice
6/4 Ring Muscle-Ups
6 Squat Snatches (135/95)(Rx+ 185/125)
