Every 18 minutes, complete the following, for 3 total sets.
-100/80 Cal Bike
-800m Run
-60/45 Cal Row
*The goal today is negative splits. Use round 1 as somewhat of a warm-up and see if you can get faster each round. If you cannot complete the work in your 18 minute window, this workout becomes an AMRAP 🙂
