The Workout for Thursday is:

SWEAT DAY!!!!!!

-5 Cal Row
-5 *Check SugarWOD
-5 Single DB Step-Ups (choose weight based on how you feel today)
-5 *Check SugarWOD
*Each round add 5 reps to each movement 🙂

Rest 4 minutes

15 minute AMRAP of SEXY!
-10 *Check SugarWOD
-15/10 Cal Bike
-10/6 *Check SugarWOD
-50 Double-Unders.
*Advanced athletes add 5 heavy D-Ball Cleans at the end of each round on Part 2
