With a 20 minute clock…
-30 sec Plank
immediately into;
-30 sec Max Bicycle Cruches (Rt+Lt = 2)
*Continue until you reach 200 reps
Straight into…
-30 sec Plank
immediately into;
-30 sec Max Air Squats
*Continue until you reach 100 reps
Straight into….
-30 sec Plank
immediately into;
-30 sec Max Reverse Burpees
*Continue until you reach 50 reps.
*To be clear, the first 30 seconds of EVERY minute is a plank. the next 30 seconds is max reps working towards finish the Bicycle Crunches, Air Squats, or Reverse Burpees. If you can no longer hang onto the 30 seconds of regular plank. you may switch to a side plank.
