-50 Sit-Ups with 35/25 Plate

-50 Russian Twists with 45/30 DB

*Long and a little bit of everything 🙂 Go about 60% effort on the cardio and just try to keep medium heart rate. 
*If you feel lie being fancy and you don’t want to do something like this, then do it for time and replace all of the movements with 10 Muscle-Ups. Keep the cardio and the Farmer Carry.
*Making up a workout from during the week is also always encouraged.
